Village Cadillac Toyota, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge guests and technicians. The role handles service coordination, repair recommendations, and ensures timely, quality work with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury-brand dealerships, a valid license, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor. ASE is a plus; join a team committed to world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary automotive training or experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of luxury brand dealership experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting expectations.
• Ensures all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Welcomes guests with a prompt, enthusiastic greeting.
• Directs guests with complaints to the service manager when necessary.
