Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is seeking a Service Advisor dedicated to delivering a world-class guest experience. You will be the primary liaison for service guests, documenting needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring transparent communication through the repair process.

You will greet customers, review concerns, and guide maintenance recommendations aligned with manufacturer guidelines, while building rapport and driving service sales in a luxury dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive dealership or service advising experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
• Ability to prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed documentation.
• Basic proficiency with dealership management systems and service software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs, and coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
• Greet guests professionally, review vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate pricing, timelines, and status to guests.
• Work with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and service sales through strong communication and follow-through.
• Maintain attention to detail and composure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
