Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through the dealership service process, listen to concerns, and prepare accurate estimates. You will coordinate with technicians, provide updates, and promote relevant services while delivering premium customer care.

This role requires 2+ years of experience; familiarity with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information and service recommendations clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify service needs, and document concerns accurately.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Prepare accurate estimates and timelines, obtain approvals, and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs progressing efficiently.
• Recommend relevant services that support vehicle performance, reliability, and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records, resolve concerns promptly, and build lasting customer relationships.
