Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is part of the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. We seek a Service Advisor who will be the primary guest contact, document repair needs, coordinate with technicians, and communicate clearly through the repair process to deliver a luxury-level service experience.

You will greet guests, review concerns, recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, and prepare accurate repair orders while maintaining trust and professional communication.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and play a critical role in creating a seamless, professional, and luxury-level service experience.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns, document repair and maintenance needs accurately, coordinate with technicians and internal teams, and communicate clearly throughout the repair process.
• Greet guests promptly and professionally, review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines, and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Provide timely updates, explain recommendations and repair findings in a way customers can understand, obtain approvals for additional work, and ensure guests are informed of pricing, timelines, and completion status.
• Work closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure repair orders are written clearly, work is properly dispatched, and vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, service sales, and overall department performance by delivering a high standard of communication, follow-through, and guest care.
• Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, polished, guest-focused approach.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment, along with the ability to interpret customer concerns, translate them into clear repair instructions, and coordinate effectively with technicians and internal departments.
• A strong understanding of repair order documentation, maintenance recommendations, warranty awareness, and service department workflow is highly valued.
• We are seeking someone who is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• The ideal candidate must be able to build rapport quickly, handle difficult conversations with professionalism, and maintain a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive dealership or service advising experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
• Ability to prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed documentation
• Basic proficiency with dealership management systems, service software, and standard office applications preferred

Pay

$115,000 - $165,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commissions range from $90,000 to $117,000 per year based on performance.
