Long Beach BMW, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a driven Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle. You will deliver a personalized experience, demonstrate vehicle features and performance, and guide customers through the purchase with transparent, customer-focused service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of automotive sales experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail

• 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.
• Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.
• Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
