Long Beach BMW is seeking a driven automotive sales professional to join its luxury team in Long Beach, CA. You will help guests select the right new or pre-owned vehicle, then deliver a high-end sales experience, highlighting features, tech, and performance.

The role emphasizes professional test drives, strong product knowledge, and guiding customers through the purchase process while building lasting relationships. A 2–3 year sales track record and a drive to exceed goals are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
