BMW of Denver Downtown in Denver, CO, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to help customers with their vehicle purchases and provide product information to support a positive buying experience.

This role offers a strong earning potential with a $100,000 to $200,000 compensation range plus draw and commission. Desired candidates have 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specifications, and pricing of all models.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Build relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to improve skills.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques with needs assessment and closing strategies.
