Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-end luxury and exotic vehicles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee origination of auto lease installment contracts (subprime to prime).
• Lead deal structuring and underwriting processes.
• Drive marketing and develop partnerships with dealerships.
• Identify opportunities to scale Midway Leasing operations and monitor industry trends.
• Travel 10–20% from Los Angeles office as needed.
