Honda of North Hollywood is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of five years in sales management within an automotive environment. The role focuses on driving revenue through finance & insurance programs, extended warranties, and aftermarket products for new and used cars.

You will work with lenders to secure financing approvals, handle all related paperwork, and ensure guests leave satisfied with their experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• At least five years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS and F&I systems
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sustainable dealership production levels as defined by leadership
• Lead recruiting process as a hiring manager and build a high-performing sales team
• Create and execute action plans to manage the sales team
• Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
• Hire and monitor performance of the sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and CSI targets
• Drive profitability in the F&I department and collaboration with other departments
• Manage contracts and the sub-prime lending process with lenders
• Oversee deal structuring from lead to delivery and funding
