Job summary

Midway Leasing, a luxury and exotic vehicle leasing provider and subsidiary of Midway Rent a Car, seeks a Sales and Origination Manager based in the Los Angeles Wilshire office to oversee the origination of auto lease contracts across subprime to prime segments.

You will lead sales, deal structuring, underwriting, and partnerships with dealerships while analyzing industry trends and traveling up to 10-20%. Competitive base plus commission offers substantial earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, finance, or marketing within corporate environment or dealership experience.
• Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with a significant focus on sales and finance/leasing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university- (preferred but not required)

POSITION SUMMARY

As Midway Leasing’s Sales and Origination Manager working out of Los Angeles Wilshire location your responsibilities will include overseeing the origination of subprime, near prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES

• Knowledge of high-end luxury and exotics vehicles (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of sales, finance, or marketing within corporate environment or dealership experience
• Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with a significant focus on sales and finance/leasing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university- (preferred but not required)

Compensation And Benefits

• $72,000 annual base salary plus commission
• Total compensation starts at $125,000, with expected annual earnings of $150,000–$300,000 after the first year, depending on performance.

The starting offer will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, and applicable education.
