BALISE AUTO SALES INC in West Warwick, RI is seeking a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to greet customers, present vehicles, and guide buyers through the purchase process. You will utilize our CRM to follow up with leads and build customer relationships while delivering brand-specific knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles.

The role offers a paid 90-day training program (guarantee), an aggressive performance-based compensation plan, and opportunities to advance within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Accurate data entry into CRM and tracking systems
• Basic math and computer skills are helpful

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter in CRM
• Maintain rapport with customers by following up on inquiries and promotions
• Present product information, features, warranties and services
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicles and options to customers
• Schedule and manage personal calendar for appointments
• Attend daily sales and training meetings to hit goals
• Keep inventory and showroom areas clean and organized
• Qualify buyers by understanding requirements and interests
• Assist in negotiating price, terms and financing, and close sales
