Balise Auto Sales Inc. in West Warwick, RI is seeking a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an unforgettable customer experience. You will present new and pre-owned vehicles, leverage CRM for follow-ups, and guide buyers through the purchase process with warranty and financing options.

The role offers a paid 90-day training program and an aggressive performance-based compensation plan, with opportunities for advancement under experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter into CRM accurately.
• Maintain rapport with customers through follow-ups and promotions.
• Present product knowledge on new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranties, services and financing options.
• Use CRM to track leads and manage follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information from new customers and accurately enter in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with previous and potential customers by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending promotions, and following up on leads.
• Present product knowledge on features, warranties and services for vehicles.
• Schedule and maintain your calendar for customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend daily sales meetings to assist in reaching goals.
