Job summary

Balise Subaru of Hadley is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to greet customers, gather interest information in the CRM, and present vehicles with product knowledge. You will build relationships, demonstrate features, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

The role includes a 90-day training program and an aggressive compensation plan based on performance. No prior automotive sales experience is required, and strong communication is essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers by suggesting trades, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads.
• Present products with knowledge of features, warranties and services.
• Build knowledge of new and updated product information.
• Offer demonstrations and accompany customers on rides/test drives.
• Schedule and maintain calendar for appointments and follow ups.
• Attend daily sales meetings to aid in reaching goals.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of inventory on lots and showrooms.
• Qualify buyers by understanding requirements and interests.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and processing contracts and financing.
