Swickard Auto Group's Land Rover San Francisco store seeks a guest-focused Service Advisor to elevate the luxury service experience. You will be the primary contact for guests from write-up to delivery, translating repairs into clear recommendations and building trust with a high-net-worth client base.

With 1+ year in service advising, hospitality, or guest-facing sales, you’ll deliver accurate estimates, coordinate with technicians, and uphold the store’s elite standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury European brands is a strong plus.
• Clear, composed communicator; trusted by high-expectation guests.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process.
• Translate technical repair findings into clear guest communication and earn authorization through honest recommendations.
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Deliver a consistent, professional Land Rover-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards.
