Job summary

Land Rover San Francisco, a Swickard Auto Group luxury store in downtown San Francisco, is seeking a guest-focused Service Advisor. You will greet guests, capture write-ups, translate repair findings into clear explanations, and manage expectations for timelines and costs.

1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred; luxury brand experience is a strong plus. Earn strong earnings with base plus commission and enjoy career growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred
• Experience with luxury brands is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build trust and manage guest expectations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process from write-up to vehicle return
• Translate technical repair findings into clear, confident guest communications
• Build precise estimates and commit to realistic timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect safety and performance
• Deliver a consistent, high-standard Land Rover guest experience
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and documentation standards
