Job summary
Volvo Cars Seattle, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks a Finance Manager to guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection products with integrity. Qualifications
- Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership, luxury or import brand preferred.
- Proven performance in product penetration and lender diversification.
- Knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA).
- Volvo or European brand experience is a strong plus.
- Active state F&I license or ability to obtain before start.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection options with transparency and care.
- Structure deals coordinating with sales and lending partners for compliant transactions.
- Present and sell F&I products via a disciplined menu-based process.
- Build lender relationships to deliver competitive options for guests.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations on every deal.
- Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions.
