Qualifications

3+ years as Automotive Finance Manager or high-performing F&I professional.
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

Drive F&I performance by structuring deals and presenting financing and protection products.
Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations; audit-ready paperwork.
Deliver a premium customer experience with clear financing options.
Manage deal flow and funding; coordinate with sales and lenders.
Maximize product penetration while maintaining integrity and satisfaction.
Build and maintain lender relationships for competitive options.
Monitor metrics like PVR and funding timelines; adjust tactics.
Stay updated on industry standards and lender programs.
