Job summary

Swickard Auto Group’s Mercedes-Benz of Seattle store seeks an experienced Finance Manager for a high-volume luxury market in Seattle. You will present finance options, structure deals, and manage lender relationships to deliver fundable opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&I, strong PVR, and a commitment to compliance, with the ability to maintain clean files and superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership
• Luxury or import F&I experience preferred
• Proven PVR performance and product penetration
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance/lease structures, and compliance
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• High integrity with no compliance shortcuts
• Polished, professional communicator with clean files
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• You're an experienced F&I Manager with a strong PVR, a clean compliance record, and a menu presentation that earns guest confidence rather than resistance

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard of care
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches the brand
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable Washington state requirements
• Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office
• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products
• Support the development of Sales Consultants' product knowledge and F&I referral habits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred -- Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, or similar backgrounds a significant advantage with this buyer profile
• Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements -- including Washington state-specific regulations
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts -- clean deals, clean files, every time
• Polished, professional communicator -- Mercedes-Benz guests expect a finance experience that matches the care and attention they received on the showroom floor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
