Job summary

Swickard Auto Group in the Seattle area is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the F&I process across our multi-dealership network. You will structure deals, present financing options, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability while delivering a premium customer experience.

You will manage deal flow with sales and lenders, monitor PVR and product penetration, and build strong lender relationships. A minimum of 3+ years in automotive F&I is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong hospitality and integrity in interactions with customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or high-performing F&I professional.
• Proven track record of improving PVR and product penetration in a high-volume environment.
• Solid knowledge of automotive finance, lending regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using CRM and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I performance by structuring deals and presenting financing products for profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations; keep deal documents audit-ready.
• Deliver a premium customer experience with clear, professional financing options.
• Coordinate with sales and lenders to ensure timely funding and clean paperwork.
• Maximize product penetration while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships for competitive financing options.
• Monitor KPIs like PVR and funding timelines to improve results.
• Stay updated on industry standards and lender programs.
