Rusnak Auto Group in Arcadia is seeking a BDC Sales Representative to maintain a vital link between the BDC and clients, driving franchise sales goals. You will handle calls, update records, and follow scripts to resolve client concerns while collaborating with management to improve productivity.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, a California Sales License, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or similar retail role.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; English + Spanish a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Eighteen years of age or older; CA Sales license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage BDC processes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and maintain client records.
• Use scripts to handle client concerns and meet objectives.
• Document client data (emails, phone numbers, addresses).
• Set and monitor productivity goals with BDC management; review actions weekly/monthly.
• Meet or exceed client needs and drive CSI performance.
• Collaborate with management to improve performance and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of product/inventory and pricing ranges.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and client data protection.
