Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fields inbound phone calls daily; make outbound calls to gain new growth for all franchises.
• Generate service appointments for all franchises to promote greater revenue for each franchise.
• Record all customer interaction activity in the Company’s database; write notes clearly and with complete details.
• Carry out special tasks assigned by the BDC and Service management teams to support overall team success.
• Meet individual and team goals and initiatives (hourly, monthly, and annual).
• Provide daily, monthly, and quarterly progress updates to BDC and Service management; keep managers informed.
