Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge and customer service experience are advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate information about inventory, pricing, promotions, and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers, coordinating with sales and service departments.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote offers and discuss terms and vehicle information.
