Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Outgoing, patient personality with strong customer relations.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
• Set, confirm, and follow up with customer appointments.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure timely assistance.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Stay informed about products, features, and benefits to customers.
