Rallye Motor Company on Long Island's premier luxury automotive group invites you to join as Part-time Showroom Greeter/Receptionist for Rallye Mercedes-Benz. You will be the face of the dealership, greeting guests, answering calls, and guiding them to the correct department.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to handle showroom traffic, data entry, and clerical tasks, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with phones and basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel a plus.
• Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
• Available for flexible part-time hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries to ensure a top-notch experience.
• Support sales by managing showroom traffic and keeping the area tidy and organized.
• Assist with data entry and maintain efficient records.
• Perform various clerical duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
