Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our San Diego community. You will conduct personalized tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process with a focus on exceptional service.

Weekend availability is required. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service are preferred, along with proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and match residents to floorplans.
• Follow leads and convert to leases.
• Support leasing team with daily operations and marketing efforts.
• Weekend availability (Saturday) is required.
