This role follows a Tue-Sat 9am-6pm schedule and emphasizes client-first interactions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with property management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws and move-in processes.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle is required.
• Smartphone usage for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community.
• Schedule tours and use effective selling techniques to close deals.
• Support marketing efforts and online presence for the community.
• Explain lease provisions and move-in procedures clearly.
• Maintain resident satisfaction with timely communication.
• Process payments and leasing documents; ensure move-in readiness.
