Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage the daily leasing operations at our Miramar community. You will conduct personalized tours, present floorplans, and guide prospective residents from inquiry to lease, while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of property management software and fair housing laws. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations for the apartment community.
• Conduct thoughtful tours and present optimal floorplans.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional resident service.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
