Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and motivating community sales goals.
• Lease apartments and convert leads, presenting community info.
• Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help monitor programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Support residents through move-in, renewals, and transfers.
• Visit competitor properties to update market surveys.
• Plan resident events to foster community connections.
• Follow policies to ensure compliance with housing laws.
