Job summary

AvalonBay Communities in Simi Valley is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team and elevate resident experiences. The role focuses on implementing a strong sales strategy, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service for residents.

You will support the Community Manager, coordinate leasing activities, and drive occupancy while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Has 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy for the community.
• Coach leasing consultants to achieve leasing goals and deliver positive resident experiences.
• Lease apartment homes, present community information, and convert leads.
