Vivmark Residential, formed from AvalonBay and Equity Residential, seeks a Leasing Consultant in Towson, MD. You will lead resident tours, process applications, and coordinate lease execution while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in finding the best apartment options and conduct tours.
• Support leasing team with daily operations and lead follow-up.
• Develop and implement leasing campaigns to drive occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build a welcoming community.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with maintenance and management.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
