Weekend availability is required, with Saturday being a peak time; the role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong communication, and teamwork across the leasing team to deliver luxury living experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at the community.
• Conduct personalized tours and help residents find the best floorplan.
• Follow through on every lead to convert inquiries into residents.
• Maintain weekend availability, with Saturday being high-traffic.
