Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and match prospects to floorplans.
• Follow up on leads and schedule tours, including weekend availability.
