Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will guide tours, tailor options to residents, and work to convert inquiries into leases while delivering luxury living experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with property management software. Weekend availability is required to handle peak traffic and tours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years leasing or customer service experience preferred in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and help residents find the right apartment.
• Follow leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build a sense of community.
• Use property management software to process applications and record data.
• Coordinate with leasing team and management for smooth operations.
