Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to oversee daily leasing operations at one of our communities. You will conduct personalized tours, guide prospective residents through floorplans, and highlight local amenities to showcase luxury living.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow up on leads. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in leasing or customer service in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and tailor options to residents’ preferences.
• Follow through on every lead to convert prospective residents.
• Manage daily leasing operations to deliver luxury living experiences.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Cover Saturday shifts due to high weekend traffic.
