Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our Huntington Beach communities and deliver luxury living experiences to residents.

You will tour, match floorplans, nurture leads, and follow up with tailored updates, while collaborating with a team and using property management software. Weekend availability is required to maximize leasing opportunities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate/property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
