Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join our Towson, MD community. You will guide prospective residents through tours, explain floor plans, and tailor options to individual needs while delivering exceptional service.

With 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, you’ll manage leads, coordinate showings, and maintain accurate records in our property management system. Weekend availability is required to support peak leasing hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations and ensure residents have a luxury living experience.
• Conduct customized property tours and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Coordinate showings, document leads, and maintain accurate records in the PM system.
• Support weekend leasing activity as Saturday availability is required.
