Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take on the daily operations of the leasing team and ensure residents experience luxury living.
• Conduct personalized tours and recommend floorplans and neighborhood highlights.
• Follow up on every lead to convert prospective residents and drive leasing performance.
• Maintain weekend availability (Saturday) to accommodate prospects and property showings.
