Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic.
Build authentic, long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
Maintain and grow a client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge on fabrication, fit, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations.
Oversee boutique operations as needed; open/close tasks.
Accurately execute POS transactions and safety procedures.
