Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Spa Receptionist for an on-site, casual year-round role. Shifts vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST, weekdays and weekends, with a strong emphasis on guest welcome and seamless service.

Responsibilities include reservations, transactions, retail support, and ensuring a premium spa experience. Must be 18+, have HS diploma, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older at time of application.
• Must have HS Diploma or GED credential at time of application.
• Prior hospitality service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems.
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxurious level.
• Proficiently use ResortSuite software to process transactions, book/edit spa treatments.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations with knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities and hotel options; communicate with guests.
• Support spa retail sales and coordinate with technicians to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide seamless checkout with attention to commissions, discounts and package billing.
• Receive guest feedback/complaints and resolve issues with supervision.
• Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Support cleanliness and maintenance of spa amenities, facility and equipment.
