Kohler Waters Spa at Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a part-time Spa Attendant to support daily operations and guest services. The role involves guest check-in support, linen handling, and maintaining spa cleanliness across reception and treatment areas.

This onsite position requires 16+ years, flexibility for weekdays/weekends, and the ability to obtain a Bartending License upon hire. Competitive hourly range and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend Reception Desk for client check-in and access to sandals, robes and lockers.
• Gather used linens and prepare them for pick-up by The American.
• Distribute clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms.
• Maintain neatness around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup for groups and special requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail spaces, and floors.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and communicate guest needs to spa staff.
