Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Spa Receptionist for an on-site, casual year-round role. Shifts vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST, weekdays and weekends, with a strong emphasis on guest welcome and seamless service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older at time of application.
• Must have HS Diploma or GED credential at time of application.
• Prior hospitality service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems.
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxurious level.
• Proficiently use ResortSuite software to process transactions, book/edit spa treatments.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations with knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities and hotel options; communicate with guests.
• Support spa retail sales and coordinate with technicians to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide seamless checkout with attention to commissions, discounts and package billing.
• Receive guest feedback/complaints and resolve issues with supervision.
• Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Support cleanliness and maintenance of spa amenities, facility and equipment.

Opportunity

This is a Casual year-round position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST.

The Spa Receptionist is anintegral part of the Spa team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth and welcoming arrival, departure and overall relaxing experience while visiting our spa. This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requests to create special moments and memorable experiences through passionate, attentive service. Ideal candidates are driven individuals who believe in providing outstanding guest experiences and coming to work energized and ready to carry that spirit throughout the day. With the rest of the guest service team, they work hard to encourage, challenge, and support one another to be their best. This position requires an extremely polished appearance, professional etiquette and a warm and friendly personality.

As a Spa Receptionist you will:

• Consistentlyprovide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxurylevel.
• Proficientlyuse ResortSuite software systems to correctly process transactions,complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments.
• Ensureaccuracy of all reservations with a knowledge of spa treatments, spapolicies, spa amenities and overall hotel options and ability tocommunicate with our guest.
• Supportall spa retail sales and communicate with technicians to allow our gueststo experience our premium products and enhance their treatments.
• Provideda seamless and accurate check out paying special attention to attachingcommissions, applying discounts and package billing.
• Receiveguest feedback/complaints and, with supervision, resolve any guest/staffissues as they arise.
• Enforcespa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior,etc.) with supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere.
• Supportthe cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa guest amenities,facility and equipment.

The hourly range for this position is $12.40 - $18.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.tips/gratuity ($5-$7 hr tip pool).
