Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
• Attend to the Reception Desk for guest check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pickup by The American
• Distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
• Maintain neatness around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks for special group requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures
• Assist spa technicians with locating guests, relaying messages, and communicating guest needs
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests
