Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Spa Receptionist to deliver Forbes 5-Star service at the Burr Ridge spa, handling arrivals/departures, reservations, and retail transactions with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

This casual part-time role covers weekends and weekdays, requires spa/customer service experience, and involves using multiple systems and maintaining a professional, clean spa environment. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience within a spa environment required.
• Prior experience in receiving/resolving guest experience issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong detail-orientation.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems.
• Obtain and Maintain liquor servicing license.

Responsibilities

• Able to consistently provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level to preserve our rating.
• Expert use of Property Management System to process transactions, book/edit spa treatments.
• Ensure accuracy of all reservations and maximize availability.
• Educate guests on spa retail items and process retail transactions with therapist attribution.
• Maintain spa policies, safety and cleanliness across facilities.
