Job summary

BIGHORN is seeking a Wellness Concierge (Spa Reception) in Palm Desert to welcome Members and guests, manage reservations for spa, salon, and fitness services, and support front-desk operations. You will handle phone inquiries, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on upholding BIGHORN standards in a luxury club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for spa, salon, and fitness services; maintain daily reservations.
• Confirm appointments by phone/email and send reminders to Members, guests, and employees.
• Fulfill Member requests, such as answering product/service questions and processing food orders.
• Maintain and restock retail inventory; process retail transactions using POS systems.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory for retail and spa supplies.
• Maintain and update Member/guest records, mailing lists, and phone lists.
• Contact staff regarding schedules, appointments, and messages.
