Job summary

Equinox Hotels + Resorts in New York seeks a Spa Concierge for the front-line guest experience in a luxury spa setting. This full-time temporary role requires a welcoming personality, strong service orientation and the ability to manage bookings, explain treatments and assist with product sales.

You will greet guests, check-in/out, coordinate appointments and maintain spa standards, while delivering the brand’s signature hospitality across all interactions with residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience with a welcoming personality.
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrates punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (AM, PM, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of procedures, protocols, and standards of Hotel and Spa.
• Develop knowledge of spa services, tools, equipment, and products offered.
• Ask, inform, educate, and address guest needs, including contraindications.
