Job summary

Equinox East 63rd Street in New York City is seeking a Spa Desk Associate to join a dynamic team. You will support daily spa operations, help drive service sales, and assist with retail and outreach events, delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, is available weekends and at least two days weekly, and can multi-task with strong organizational and communication skills in a luxury wellness setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be available on weekends and at least 2 days per week.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to multi-task.
• Enthusiastic, upbeat, personable and knowledgeable about spa industry.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Spa operations under Spa leadership.
• Contribute to monthly service sales by recommending treatments.
• Assist in selling retail products to members and guests.
• Participate in spa-driven outreach events to promote growth.
• Provide superior customer service to members, prospects and guests.
