Job summary

Allied Maker is seeking a polished Assistant Showroom Manager for its Tribeca showroom. You will be the first voice a client hears and the primary contact for visitors, guiding them through the collection and custom capabilities with warmth and composure.

This junior, mentored role emphasizes professional presence, strong communication, and genuine curiosity about design. On-site work Monday–Friday, learning luxury lighting, materials, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years in a polished, client-facing environment.
• Experience in luxury retail, design showrooms, or related fields is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make clients feel welcomed and well cared for.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Reliable follow-through and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn about materials, finishes, and custom capabilities.
• On-site availability in Tribeca Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, designers, architects, vendors, and guests at the showroom.
• Guide visitors through the collection and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate appointments and showroom events and manage follow-ups.
• Support CRM updates, scheduling, and documentation for client meetings.
• Maintain an organized showroom environment and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in learning Allied Maker’s materials, finishes, and custom capabilities.
