Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is offering a Rooms Intern program in Big Sky, Montana. Interns will gain exposure to Connectivity (Concierge), Front Office, Host (Guest Services), and Housekeeping, learning how a luxury resort delivers personalized itineraries, seamless arrivals and departures, and exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are current hospitality students or recent grads, able to commit to a 90-day internship, with a passion for hospitality and strong communication and

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or a recent graduate (within 2 years) of a university hospitality program.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 3-month (90-day) internship.
• Prior working experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Rooms operations, with opportunities to experience Connectivity (Concierge), Front Office, Host (Guest Services), and Housekeeping.
• Develop understanding of guest experience operationally and administratively.
• Assist with guest requests, reservations, and communications across departments.
• Support welcome and departure procedures and assist with guest arrivals in a personalized manner.
• Contribute to delivering a seamless five-star guest experience.
