Job summary

Coach in Houston (Memorial City) is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to provide an elevated shopping experience. You will build lasting client relationships, meet personal and store KPIs, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, iPad devices, and social selling. Flexible schedule, part-time hours, and team collaboration are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
Build client relationships, meet sales goals, and support store operations.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
Assist in daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
