Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to bolster the store's efficiency and customer experience. You will welcome clients, assist on the floor, operate POS, and help maintain stockroom organization.

This role requires luxury retail experience, strong communication, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will partner with the team to deliver a warm brand experience and accurate stock handling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
